I'm the Founder and CEO of Launch 360, where I help businesses leverage AI, automation, and digital marketing to grow, scale, and operate more efficiently. As a U.S. Navy veteran, author, speaker, and nonprofit board member, I've helped hundreds of businesses embrace emerging technology to streamline operations and increase profitability. I'm passionate about making AI practical, accessible, and results driven, empowering organizations and entrepreneurs to thrive.
Why I Joined the Alliance
As a founding member of Live Free Networking, I believed there had to be a better way for business owners to connect without expensive memberships or barriers to participation. That shared vision led us to create the Live Free Business Alliance, where we could expand our impact through mentorship, education, community resources, and nonprofit initiatives. Professional Background
Stephen Nolan is the Founder and Managing Partner of ITXMEN, where he helps small and midsized businesses align technology with their goals, reduce risk, and make smarter IT decisions. With more than 20 years of technology and leadership experience, Stephen provides fractional IT leadership, strategic planning, vendor oversight, cybersecurity guidance, and access to vetted experts. He is also the Founder of FracServ, a council focused on advancing trusted fractional leadership, and an active volunteer with AI in NH. In addition, Stephen serves as Vice President of the Live Free Business Alliance and works as a Loan Officer with Milestone Mortgage Solutions, helping individuals navigate the home financing process.

I joined the Live Free Networking board because I believe strong relationships, collaboration, and community support are essential to helping small businesses succeed. I am the owner of REaL Books, a bookkeeping firm helping small business owners better understand and use their financial information. I work with service businesses, retailers, contractors, creative professionals, nonprofits, and online sellers. I am also a U.S. Navy veteran and serve as the elected Treasurer for the Town of Chichester, New Hampshire.
Why I Joined the Alliance
I joined the Live Free Business Alliance Board because I believe small business owners are stronger when they have access to the right people, resources, and support. Building a business can be isolating, and having a local community where owners can connect, learn from one another, and find practical help can make a significant difference. I wanted to be part of building that kind of resource for New Hampshire businesses.

I bring the perspective of both a small business owner and someone who works closely with other business owners every day. Through my bookkeeping work, I see firsthand the operational and financial challenges small businesses face, particularly as they grow. My background in risk management, military service, municipal finance, and nonprofit leadership has also given me experience with organization, accountability, problem-solving, and building sustainable systems. I tend to look at both the big picture and the practical details needed to make an idea work.
What the Mission Means to Me
The part that matters most to me is making meaningful support accessible to small business owners. Not every business owner needs another course, another piece of software, or another generic piece of advice. Sometimes they need a connection to the right person, a practical resource, or a community that understands what they are trying to build. I want LFBA to be a place where business owners can find that kind of real-world support and leave with something that genuinely helps them move forward.

Deana Horne is the owner and licensed esthetician behind Body and Soul Wellness Center, LLC in Manchester, New Hampshire. She specializes in customized facials, body waxing, lash enhancements, and relaxing wellness services designed to help clients look and feel their best. Known for her warm, welcoming personality, Deana is passionate about creating a comfortable space where people feel supported, cared for, and confident. She is also committed to building meaningful relationships within the local business community and connecting with professionals who believe in collaboration, personal growth, and supporting one another. Through her business and community involvement, Deana strives to empower others, encourage self-care, and contribute to a stronger network of women and local business owners.

Sarah Anstey is the owner and founder of White Birch Marketing, a New Hampshire-based social media marketing agency helping real estate teams and small businesses build an online presence that actually reflects who they are. Sarah has worked in marketing since 2019, starting on a team before setting out to build her own agency. Her background in education and project management shapes how she works, breaking down marketing so it's approachable rather than overwhelming. She holds her NH CEU educator certification and teaches a state-approved continuing education course for NH REALTORS® on social media strategy.

I joined the Live Free Business Alliance because I wanted something different from the typical networking group, the kind with referral quotas and transactional relationships. I wanted a place built around genuinely connecting with other people who are building their own businesses, not just checking a box every month. This felt like that kind of community.

I bring seven years of marketing experience, first on a team and then running White Birch Marketing on my own, so I understand both what it's like to execute someone else's strategy and what it takes to build one from scratch. Working closely with small business owners day to day, I've noticed most of them are stuck on the same handful of struggles, whether it's staying consistent, finding their voice online, or just not knowing where to start. I also bring a background teaching middle school science, which means I'm comfortable breaking down strategy, offering workshops, and making marketing feel less intimidating for people who didn't come from a marketing background.
What the Mission Means to Me
What matters most to me is the community piece, having a place where relationships actually feel genuine instead of transactional. I want to be around other people who are building their own businesses and understand what that actually takes. Being able to use my marketing background to help other members work through the same struggles I see over and over feels like the most meaningful way I can contribute.
